We are committed to delivering diverse solutions for individual needs while providing services with dignity and trust. Our staff executes consumer-focused service choices with
dependability and flexibility.

Consultation
Our representatives provide training for personnel in school systems throughout the state. Special training seminars and hands-on instruction can be tailored to a school system upon request.
Training topics include, but are not limited to:

Tutoring
We provide tutoring services by highly trained tutors for students of ages three to 21 to improve grades and build self-confidence, organizational skills, and good study habits. Tutoring programs are tailored to the student’s needs. All tutors are certified licensed educators in Alabama and are knowledgeable of state and local curriculum.

Case Management
We offer family-centered, strengths-based case planning and case management services to ensure services are tailored to best address the child and family's strengths and needs. Family members can recommend services that will be most helpful to them and participate in identifying expected outcomes and setting timelines to achieve the plan.
Case managers work one-to-one to help families map out a blueprint for their lives and to celebrate their accomplishments in attaining their goals.
Examples of case management services include, but are not limited to:

Transition/Vocational Services
Holistic Educational Services Representatives provide transition and vocational services to adolescents aged 14-21. Our goal is to help adolescents who have physical or mental disabilities get or keep a job. Holistic Educational Services Representatives are committed to helping adolescents with disabilities find meaningful careers. Under this program, every youth will have the opportunity to participate in sponsored career counseling, work readiness training, and integrated work experiences in the community. These services are delivered while youth are still in high school and establish the foundation for a seamless transition to individualized training, education, and employment.
